Carbon in the Sky
Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008
Guerilla global warming,
hung from careless hands,
sands slowly sinking,
shrinking tropic lands.
Temperatures are toasting,
roasting artic S’mores,
species extinguished,
dished by summer’s wars.
Heat strokes and skin cancer,
dancing through the smoke,
provoke Mother Nature,
all together now, choke.
Forests set a’ fire,
carbon in the sky,
goodbye dear planet,
for I murdered you and I.
wow that poem is so straight to the poem! nice job scaring people to be concerned and do something :)
Happy Earth Day!
