Unspoken Disarray
Animal crackers,
a bologna sandwich w\ cheese,
a folded up paper napkin,
hearts in full freeze.
Photos of the children,
down turns to up,
Florescent office lights,
the depths of a coffee cup.
Voices in the background,
Keyboard typing songs,
a silent empty chair,
wondering what belongs.
Fuzzy black sweater,
mind in the air,
tears smearing ink,
a letter of despair.
