You Make a Difference

You make more difference then you know.
You create the spark,
which grows into a flame,
that then flickers and spreads,
eventually turning into deep burning coals,
kindling the world.

Clean, good, inspiring poem. Yes. …know, spark, flame, spreads, coals, world.

Thank you David, it’s not my best, but I thought it may be motivating.

only true friends will leave a footprint on your heart. Don’t know who said this, but it was the first thing that came up when reading this poem.

Travis, this is nice and motivating. The fire symbology is energizing! I think I’d actually like this poem better without its explanatory first line. And change the “the” to “a” in the new first line. It’s a very clear analogy of our deep significance. Thanks for this. - Mike
